1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using the ox999 platform (the "Platform"), you ("the Player", "you", or "your") unconditionally agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions (the "Terms"), together with the ox999 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform.

3 Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one (1) ox999 account. Opening, maintaining, or using more than one account — whether directly or through a third party — constitutes a serious breach of these Terms and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts without prior notice.

When registering, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid contact method. You agree to update this information promptly if any details change. ox999 may at any time request supporting documentation to verify the accuracy of the information you have provided, including:

• A copy of your valid passport

• Proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits (e.g., bKash or Nagad account confirmation)

ox999 reserves the right to suspend account access pending completion of the verification process. Withdrawals will not be processed from unverified accounts. By submitting verification documents, you consent to ox999 retaining and processing them in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ox999 username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person and must not allow any other individual to access or use your account. Any activity conducted through your account is presumed to have been carried out by you, and you bear full responsibility for all such activity.

• Log out of your account completely when you have finished your session.

5 Prohibited Conduct

You agree that you will not engage in any of the following conduct while using the ox999 Platform. Breach of any prohibition in this section may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of funds, in addition to any available legal remedies:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at registration or during any subsequent verification process.
• Using another person's identity, payment method, or account credentials without their express authorisation.
• Engaging in any form of cheating, collusion, match-fixing, or manipulation of sporting events or casino game outcomes.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches, or errors to gain an unfair advantage over other players or ox999.
• Placing bets or wagers using funds that are proceeds of unlawful activity (money laundering).
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to place bets or interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human users.
• Engaging in any form of arbitrage betting, bonus abuse, or systematic exploitation of promotions that is contrary to the spirit of the offer.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing ox999 staff or other players in any communication channel.
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to ox999 systems, databases, or infrastructure.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

ox999 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions communicated at the time of each offer, including but not limited to wagering requirements, minimum odds restrictions, eligible games, and expiry dates. The following general rules apply to all ox999 promotions:

• Bonuses are credited to your account only after the qualifying deposit or action has been confirmed.
